The roadmap ships a trustworthy core first, then layers eligibility, social features, and broader reach on top. Items are directional and may shift as the protocol and its community evolve.

M1 — Core loop

• Launch on Ethereum mainnet and BNB Smart Chain mainnet.
• Create, fund, share, and claim native token, ERC-20, and ERC-721 Loots.
• Random, Equal, and Custom play styles, settled on-chain.
• Extension-free embedded wallet with X login and SIWE wallet linking.
• Baseline Gates: allowlist (open / request / invite), X follow, platform follow, and one wallet, one claim.

M2 — Social surface

• Comments and reactions on the Loot page.
• Groups with public/private visibility and private Loot.
• The follow graph and creator profiles.
• Home discovery: trending Loots, top contributors, and top recipients.

M3 — Richer Gates

New Gate types that fit into the existing rules-and-checks framework:

• Human verification.
• On-chain holdings: ERC-20 and ERC-721 ownership.
• More X actions: repost, like, reply.
• Quests (multi-step eligibility) and webhook-based attestation.

M4 — Multichain & insight

• Expand to additional EVM networks beyond Ethereum and BSC.
• Campaign analytics: the reach → connect → qualify → claim → retain funnel.
• Quality metrics: eligibility pass rate, claim conversion rate, and cost per qualified claim.
• Branded campaign templates and multi-Loot coordination.

Each milestone preserves the core guarantee: funds on-chain, claims authorized, settlement trustless.
