Troubleshooting Claims

If a claim does not go through, it is almost always one of a few things. Work down this list.

You have not passed every required Gate yet.

  • Re-check each requirement on the Loot page — all enabled Gates must pass.
  • For an X follow Gate, make sure you actually followed the target account, then return and confirm.
  • For a platform follow Gate, confirm you still follow the creator (this one is checked live — unfollowing revokes eligibility).
  • For a request & review allowlist, your request may still be pending the creator’s approval.

A claim can only be paid to a wallet you have bound. Go to sign in & wallet and bind the wallet you are trying to claim with, then retry.

The Loot may still be Pending — created and being funded, but not yet live. Wait until it reaches Active. If the page shows the campaign as still confirming on-chain, give the indexer a moment to catch up after the pool was created.

Claiming stops when a Loot reaches Ended — the window closed, all seats were taken, or the balance ran out. If you are a contributor, you may now be able to reclaim instead.

Each wallet can claim a Loot once. If you have already claimed, there is nothing more to collect from that Loot with that wallet.

Claim vouchers are valid for a short window. If too much time passed between qualifying and submitting, start the claim again to get a fresh voucher.

  • Make sure you are on the right network for the Loot — a Loot lives on a single chain.
  • Confirm your wallet has enough of the chain’s gas token to cover the claim transaction.
  • Refresh the page to pull the latest on-chain state, then try once more.
