Managing a Loot

Once your Loot is live, managing it is mostly about handling eligibility and watching the campaign progress.

If you set a request & review allowlist, participants who want in submit a request. You will see a queue of pending requests and can:

  • Approve — the participant becomes eligible and can claim.
  • Reject — the request is declined.

This gives you a vetting step without manually collecting addresses upfront.

For invite-only Loots, you add eligible participants yourself — by wallet address or by account. You can add people before or during the campaign, up to the seat limit.

For a Custom play style, the amount or token IDs each recipient receives is set when you add them to the allowlist. This is how you run a precise, pre-planned distribution — each approved participant gets exactly what you assigned.

A Loot’s page shows a live view, read from the indexer:

  • Participants — who has qualified and who has claimed.
  • Contributions — who funded the pool and how much.
  • Claims — the stream of claims as they settle on-chain.

Keep an eye on the Loot’s status:

  • Pending — still fundable; not yet claimable.
  • Active — claiming is open.
  • Ended — the window closed, all seats were claimed, or the balance ran out.

When the Loot ends with funds unclaimed, contributors can recover them — see reclaim.
