These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Gatoll ("Gatoll", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, Reward Drop tools, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Crypto involves risk. Digital assets are volatile; transactions are irreversible; smart contracts and networks may fail, be exploited, or reorganize. You are solely responsible for decisions, gas costs, taxes, custody, and compliance with applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction that permits blockchain‑based activities. Gatoll is not available in the following countries/regions and any other locations where digital‑asset services are prohibited:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GATOLL OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE FEES YOU PAID TO GATOLL FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gatoll and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services with or without notice if you breach these Terms or if we determine it is necessary for compliance, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in English, with the seat in Delaware, unless you and Gatoll agree otherwise in writing. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing [email protected] with subject "Arbitration Opt‑Out" from the email on your account.

13) Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the Services.
